目的：
Purpose:
檢驗(yàn)成品燈上E17燈頭螺紋外徑（尺寸d）。
To check the minium outside (major) diameter of the screw thread, dimension d, of E17 caps on finished lamps.
檢驗(yàn)：
Testing:
當(dāng)量規(guī)套在成品燈（燈頭向上）的燈頭螺紋上時(shí)，燈頭中心觸點(diǎn)不應(yīng)凸出X面。檢驗(yàn)僅利用量規(guī)自身質(zhì)量進(jìn)行。
When the gauge is placed over the thread of the cap on a finished lamp, held cap uppermost, the central contact shall not project beyond surface X.

量規(guī)入口處的螺紋邊緣尖銳部分應(yīng)以0.2mm～0.3mm的半徑倒圓。
The sharp part of the edge of the thread at the entrance of the gauge shall be broken with a radius of 0.2mm to 0.3mm.
目的：
Purpose:
檢驗(yàn)成品燈上E17燈頭螺紋尺寸和尺寸T1 min。
To check the maxium dimensions of the screw thread and dimension T1 min. of E17 caps on finished lamps.
檢驗(yàn)：
Testing:
當(dāng)成品燈上的燈頭完全旋入量規(guī)內(nèi)時(shí)，燈頭中心觸點(diǎn)應(yīng)與X面接觸。當(dāng)燈從量規(guī)中取出時(shí)，至少應(yīng)旋轉(zhuǎn)2整圈才能脫離螺紋。
When a cap on a finished lamp has been screwed into the gauge as far as it will go, the central contact shall touch surface X. When the lamp is removed from the gauge, at least two full turns shall be required to disengage the threads.
